Cutting tiles is a very tough task and a dedicated one too. A small mistake on the operators part might well end up in the costly tile being damaged. While a tile might be replaced, the damage is irreplaceable when a huge slab of Italian marble is being cut. At such time, the operator of the saw needs to focus his entire operation on the cutting work. However, from time to time he has to turn the saw on and off and it is during such moments that chances of mistakes occur. The tile foot switch gives the operator an added advantage. He can use both his hands to control the cutting machine and control the starting and stopping of the same using the remote foot controlled switch. This switch, known as the tile saw foot switch, is connected to the main saw by a specially covered cable.
